​Return Policies

1. Physical Products and Personalized Perfume Service:

Once the transaction is complete, returns of physical products or personalized perfume services will not be accepted under any circumstances. Similarly, our vouchers are non-refundable.

2. Extraordinary Refund Cases:

In exceptional circumstances and following a detailed case analysis, a coupon for the full purchase amount may be offered for use on lulacurioca.com. As a final option, and after evaluation, the amount paid will be refunded, minus any fees incurred by the payment gateway, within 4 to 5 business days.

3. Customs Requirement for Shipments to the United States:

For customs processing in the United States, the recipient's Tax ID is now required for international shipments (U.S. government regulation, January 2025; https://www.help.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-1118?language=en_US). If an order is placed without this information, it will be requested via email. Should the customer not have a Tax ID, they may modify the primary shipping information to avoid potential customs delays.

 

 

Shipping Policies:

LULA CURIOCA OLFACTORY STUDIO offers parcel service for your purchase to any location within Mexico.

 

At LULA CURIOCA OLFACTORY STUDIO, we ship all weekly orders on Wednesdays of each week. Please note: If your purchase is confirmed on Tuesday after 12:00 pm, your order will be scheduled for shipment on the following Wednesday.

 

Once shipped, delivery time may vary depending on your area. For most areas, we use standard DHL service, which generally delivers within 3-5 business days. However, for addresses in extended areas, delivery times may vary slightly.

 

Please note that during holiday periods and promotional seasons, delivery times may vary. In extended areas, delivery times may be longer depending on the carrier. Due to this, we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Once your purchase is complete, the customer will receive an email from lulacurioca.com with the purchase confirmation. Once the shipping preparation process is complete, a tracking number will be generated and provided to you by email.
 

Delayed Packages:

LULA CURIOCA OLFACTORY STUDIO is not responsible for delayed packages. This delay is not the responsibility of LULA CURIOCA OLFACTORY STUDIO, but rather the responsibility of the shipping company. We cannot offer any compensation. In the event of a delay, we can help you expedite delivery or resolve issues with the courier.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

LULA CURIOCA OLFACTORY STUDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they are confirmed as delivered by the courier company. In the event of a lost package, LULA CURIOCA OLFACTORY STUDIO and the customer must complete the claim process with the corresponding courier company. Taxes and Customs Duties:

For sales abroad, the customer is responsible for paying taxes and indirect taxes and all other applicable taxes, duties, customs duties, levies, fees, charges, fees, import and export taxes and charges, obligations, and/or other duties assessed or levied or that will be assessed or levied in the future by any public, governmental, legal, tax, customs, department, or other competent federal, provincial, state, municipal, or local authority in your country.

 

Anti-Fraud Check:

Your body and health may react to an allergen at any given time; any product may cause a skin reaction or react differently. We are not responsible if such a reaction occurs as a result of any consumer using our fragrances. If you develop an allergy or other sensitivity to any product, you should discontinue use immediately and consult your physician. Remember, you should never use our fragrances on broken or irritated skin, and you should discontinue use of any product that causes any of the following symptoms: redness, peeling, itching, burning, blistering, watery eyes, irritation, or other similar reactions. If you have any sensitivity or allergy to any of the listed ingredients, you should not consume or use these products. You should first test the fragrances on a small area before using any new product for the first time. If you develop any allergic symptoms or reaction, discontinue use immediately. We are not responsible if such a reaction occurs as a result of any consumer using our products. You should not rely solely on the information contained on this website, as it is not intended to be exhaustive or specific to your personal needs or requirements.
